Resheet

ReSheet or First Fruits always occurs on the first day of the week following the first day of the Feast of Unleavened Bread. It is the day that God commanded an offering of the first fruit of the first harvest in the land of Israel be given to Him and the counting of the Omer to begin. ReSheet is not a commanded day of rest in Scripture making it the second yearly Appointed Day of the LORD.
